– Recycle: all used cans, buckets, and recyclable refuse are taken to local recycling centers

– Walkthrough: you and our project manager walk the project to ensure complete satisfaction and address any final questions or concerns. Touchups as needed.

Yes we do! We offer competitive pricing and a quick turnover time for your pressure washing and sealing needs. Always stay clean with our monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription services for those same pressure washing and sealing needs.

Of course! There’s not much we can’t do for you. 

We’re always open to partnerships with other tradespeople and businesses in the community. If you’re a plumber, roofer, landscaper, general contractor, real estate agent, interior designer, or other professional who works with clients needing painting services, we’d love to partner with you.

Simply refer potential projects to us and we’ll happily return the favor when opportunities arise. For each confirmed lead or job you send our way, we’ll provide an agreed-upon finder’s fee or reciprocal discounted service.

We work with general contractors, architects, and designers on new construction and remodel projects, providing drywall finishing and painting as well as exterior priming, painting, and staining. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Material and labor costs fluctuate over time, which is why we keep our quotes valid for 30 days to reflect the most accurate costs at the time of estimation.

While your project invoice can be forwarded and paid by another party, the signer of the contract is legally responsible for all invoices. Please inform office@gablesandgrove.com if you would like to add another party to your billing information.

At Gables & Grove Painting, we believe in clear and transparent communication, especially when it comes to finances. Here’s the scoop: once you give us the green light, we ask for a 35% deposit to get the ball rolling. This deposit is refundable until we start purchasing materials, after which a ten percent (10%) fee applies. Once we’re in action, that deposit becomes non-refundable. Depending on the project’s complexity, we might set up a progressive payment plan tied to specific project milestones. When the masterpiece is complete, we’ll send you an invoice, and we kindly request payment within 10 calendar days. Need more info? Drop us a line; we’re all ears!

We stand behind our work like proud artists. For a full three years, if there’s any issue due to craftsmanship, we’ve got you covered. Any paint problems? We’ll fix them up, no charge.

(From Andrew) Born in Milan, I was raised in New York and London. I know my way around a few mountains, forests, and foreign lands. I (almost) graduated from the State University of New York College at Geneseo in 2006 where I studied Geography and Latin American Studies. During (and right after) that time I was on a house-painting team in upstate NY. In 2007, I moved to Miami and, aside from starting and playing guitar in a tremendous band that played and toured for over a decade, I learned faux and wood finishing, venetian plaster, muraling, and other techniques intersecting the wall trades + fine arts.

If you notice any imperfections or require touch-ups within the warranty period of 3 years, just let us know, and we’ll take care of it free of charge.
